Hastings Country Park – rock graffiti

Hastings Country Park graffiti

Sitting in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the 660 acre Hastings Country Park holds many fascinating secrets.

There is evidence of neolithic and mesolithic periods to bronze and iron age, plus saxon right through to the modern day.

You don’t have to look too hard to find evidence of modern day graffiti, there are many rocks close to the paths bearing names and dates.

Look out for the 6th Devons who were stationed here during World War II and names from the 50s.
